Katsu was generous, kind, creative, and professional throughout the entire process. From the moment we first contacted him to the day we received our photos, Katsu demonstrated incredible thoughtfulness. He suggested shooting locations, knowing we were less familiar with the city’s landscape, and came prepared with ideas, concepts, and poses to guide us. On the original day scheduled for our pre-wedding shoot, the weather was uncooperative. Katsu graciously offered to postpone—not just once, but twice—ensuring that we could capture our photos in the best possible conditions. From the very beginning, Katsu was extremely professional and so easy to work with. His communication leading up to the wedding was excellent. He made sure everything was clear, organised and stress-free for us. He went above and beyond by allowing us to add an extra hour of photography after the ceremony so we could capture family and couple photos. This made such a difference, and we’re so grateful to have those extra special moments documented. We were also blown away by how quickly our photos came through. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better photographer and videographer team for our wedding day. From the very first email Katsu made the process so easy, always very responsive and easy to communicate with. On the wedding day, Katsu and the team (Sunny and Ken) made the entire day seamless, comfortable and very relaxed, and they came fully prepared with concepts and poses for us. They were even so efficient that we had lots of extra time, and Katsu was such an expert with our venue and was able to suggest other shooting locations for us to get many more photos and shots! One of the things we loved most was how many candid and genuine moments they captured. Looking through the photos felt like reliving the day exactly as it happened and had lots of moments we didn’t even realise were happening at the time! We’re so grateful for how beautifully they captured our wedding and would recommend them to anyone looking for someone talented, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with.
